“How many people will be sent to my home?”

We find that teams of 2 (sometimes 3) cleaners generally work most efficiently and effectively for us and the customer. There will always be a “lead” or supervisor present. 

“What kind of products do you use?”

We keep it as natural as possible and save the harsher solutions for when the mess calls for it. Believe it or not, the science shows that there are many natural disinfectants that leave the home clean while not exposing you to harmful chemicals. Maintenance cleanings usually get a completely non-toxic cleaning. Certain circumstances do require harsher chemicals, but we will be sure to let you know if we will be using anything in your home or office that you need to worry about. 

“Do I need to sign a contract to get on your schedule?”

No!! We do not believe in contracts for residential accounts at Fine Point Cleaning. We never want our clients to come to us for any reason other than our top-notch service.

“I need my office cleaned too! Are you equipped for that?”

We have cleaned for several offices. We generally prefer to work with smaller offices such as a doctors’ offices, insurance agencies or law firms. Give us a call and we will put together a custom quote for your work space.

“I am picky.. what if something gets missed during a cleaning?”

We love a challenge, and it’s not called ‘being picky,’ it’s called having standards! If you believe we did not perform to expectation, give us a call and we will make it right.
